Recently heard from a contractor about my builder and that it can help in expanding your work load and improving your reputation.
I found the process to arrange the work very easy. Communication was excellent and the work was done quickly and I am very pleased with the finished look and the fact this was done without my presence and everything was left clean and tidy.

I have extensive experience in tiling, joinery, painting and gardening and can do basic plumbing and electrical work. For the last 10 years I have specialised in tiling, as it is my preferred work but I am capable of anything to do with building. I have worked in the maintenance department of several big companies who have all been more than satisfied with my work.
During the renovation of our new house, I put an inquiry onto mybuilder.com looking for trades people to carry out plumbing, wet room fitting, tiling, etc. My inquiry produced L&B. We spoke to Luan and subsequently accepted his quote to install the wet room. The work that Luan did was nothing short of magical. His reliability, his quality of work and his attention to detail were all remarkable (and he tidied up after himself!)
