He was supposed to start the bathroom renovation on the Monday but hadn’t finished a previous job do didn’t start till the Wednesday. They turned up over 2 hours late & only done 4 half days and don’e hardly anything. Awful management & he was very pushy about getting more money from me. I have been without a toilet for over 6 days now. I have had to remove him from the project as he waited until the 6th day to tell us we couldn’t have the shower or bathroom units we wanted even though we had paid him £4500. He never told us that he doesn’t do painting until the Friday morning so I had to scramble to B&Q to buy the bathroom paint & had to do it myself as he plaster boarded and skimmed the ceiling the day before. He has fitted the bath but not connected it & done half the walls & still no toilet & he never apologised for any inconvenience. He also took back a £200 shower.

Converting a tired en-suit into a masterpiece, including moving toilet, basin and converting the room with a bath/shower to a tiled floor wet-room. Full of knowledge and ideas and will work with you on your budget. They don’t rush to get a job done half hearted, they put all their love and energy into getting everything spot on for you. Chris won’t settle for anything he wouldn’t pass in his own house! I honestly couldn’t thank them enough and I will be using them for all future jobs!
