Bathroom refurb was started shortly after quote. They provided good quality fittings at trade price and the work was completed very neatly and good time and for a decent price. I think, he is not a professional plumber. I used his services to replace silicone for bathtub and sink. I asked him whether he is a professional plumber and he said he is multi skilled. I don't recommend him to use for plumbing works. He might have honest when I asked his proficiency as plumber. But experimenting during work to learn new skill is not acceptable. It was very bad experience. Update on 24 October, 2024. After you carried out the work, it's leaking below bathtub on the floor. Before you did this job, we haven't seen leak. This is what will happen if you pretend to be a professional accept to do the work just for money. This will show how honest you are . Chris was absolutely fantastic from the first point of contact to the completion of the job. We had a complete bathroom refit and felt completely involved the whole way through. Chris contacted us before the agreed fit date to discuss options that we wanted and when doing the work he asked us along the way our preferences. We couldn't be happier with the finish of our new bathroom. Chris and Shaun were both very friendly and professional, even the kids approved! We would definitely recommend and all of our family who have seen the bathroom have commented on how brilliant it looks. Huge thank you!

Very punctual, arrived at arranged time (which is always good), gave him all the required items for the jobs (new bathroom toilet, new heated towel rail and new kitchen sink). When there was a problem with the job I was informed and Ben formulated a course of action to achieve the aim to get the job completed. He cleaned up extremely well and got rid of the old items and packaging. I've had a lot of plumbers do jobs for me in the past and I must admit I was very impressed with Ben's work ethic and would most certainly use him again and definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and hard working plumber. More than happy 😉🫡👍 photos toilet sound just gotta finish off the painting, towel rail i like the "open" copper piping may not paint or cover it and the sink is brilliant great fit. Definitely a professional job well done 👏
