I think, he is not a professional plumber. I used his services to replace silicone for bathtub and sink. I asked him whether he is a professional plumber and he said he is multi skilled. I don't recommend him to use for plumbing works. He might have honest when I asked his proficiency as plumber. But experimenting during work to learn new skill is not acceptable. It was very bad experience. Update on 24 October, 2024. After you carried out the work, it's leaking below bathtub on the floor. Before you did this job, we haven't seen leak. This is what will happen if you pretend to be a professional accept to do the work just for money. This will show how honest you are . So glad i went with Arben on this project and trusted the reviews. literally never had such a positive experience, father and son team that do the industry proud. come to quote, great price, clear explanation of the wok to be carried out, came early and worked tirelessly each day. very respectful, and my wife was very impressed with how clean everything was each day. nothing was too much trouble even when we were changing our minds about items, every message was responded to quickly and communication was brilliant. felt that safe with them we happily left them in our house while at work. bathroom was completed on time and exceeded our expectations, so much so we are having another one done, and also my wifes mom is also having one completed. dont waste your time looking elsewhere just hire this team you will not be disappointed.Latest review:Bathroom Fitting-

Chris was absolutely fantastic from the first point of contact to the completion of the job. We had a complete bathroom refit and felt completely involved the whole way through. Chris contacted us before the agreed fit date to discuss options that we wanted and when doing the work he asked us along the way our preferences. We couldn't be happier with the finish of our new bathroom. Chris and Shaun were both very friendly and professional, even the kids approved! We would definitely recommend and all of our family who have seen the bathroom have commented on how brilliant it looks. Huge thank you!
