Tom managed to resolve the issue, leaving me with a well fitted ring doorbell, and saved me from not having to have it moved elsewhere. I am over the moon. He also helped me set up the ring doorbell, making sure it worked okay before he left. Tom was very punctual on arrival. He is very kind, polite and takes pride in his work.
