He did my gutter leaks well and went beyond the job spec. overcoming an obsolete gutter bracket problem and unblocking a moss filled downpipe, and charged what we agreed. Paul is a personable man with whom I struck up immediate accord. Have no trouble recommending him to others.

Latest review:Guttering-Absolute crooks. They lied about clearing the gutter, charged me for it (£550 as they said i needed roof eaves trays) , refused to correct the job or to give refund. They removed the hedgehog I had previously installed, and refused to reinstall, saying that I don't need it anymore now that the trays are on(not all installed). The night after, massive amount of black mulch appeared on the bottom of down pipe from the gutter -both front and back. When I messaged him about it, he tried to tell me that it all just came of the roof. Then made me wait 4 days before returning to correct the job. When he came back, all he done was to remove further mulch from the ground on the bottom of the down pipe to a bucket. He refused to get on the ladder to clear the gutter, as he sent his mate to another job so he has noone to hold the ladder. Shown some weeds in his bucket lying in my face it was from my gutter. On cctv it shows his mate was only standing by down pipe and never cleared the gutter.
