He came out and looked at the job first to make sure that he knew all the details, he did not just quote over the telephone. I much prefer a personal service and someone who takes the time to look at the work first. The work was done to a high standard and then Ian spent extra time looking at an electrical problem we have in the house, and giving me some advice. I would definitely use Ian again.
