I had a large floor area incorporating a kitchen and utility room. I chose a heavy duty contract vinyl due the property being tenanted, and was thankful for Richard's expertise with both domestic and contract vinyls etc. The result looked fantastic and was finished to a very high standard. He had to make repairs to the underlying screed which he did really thoroughly. He was pleasant to deal with. All in all, a very good experience. He made it all very straight forward he was 100% reliable, he didn’t rush any part of the job and very kindly cut the old carpet up into 1 meter widths so that we could bring it to the tip saving the cost of scrapping it. He got all the little details perfect and came back to fix the carpet down where we had to wait for a trim around the hearth to be sorted. Nothing was too much trouble for John.
