Get in touchSmall job on a leaky roof turned into a much bigger job involving replacement of lining and slats and several new tiles, so costs spiralled. We didn't have much choice other than to accept this and let Ace continue, regardless of cost, because we needed to be watertight. Seems the original roofers took shortcuts from what we saw. However, John took photos and showed us the damage as it was uncovered and explained what was needed to fix fully before they proceeded with anything, which was good. He also had to juggle to fit us in around his other ongoing jobs seeing as it ended up a much longer job than anticipated.
