Throughout our extension build he made decisions with an eye for cost without compromising materials or cutting corners. Covid lockdown struck during our project and Andy was very proactive about getting the job finished while respecting the guidance and people's feelings about distancing etc. When there were minor issues with the work Andy was keen to rectify them quickly. The final result is a delight and there was no difficulty or surprises managing the budget, which was only slightly increased to accommodate some extras we thought of along the way.
