Jamie will be looking at their poor work on my flat roof, which covers an extension, and, I hope, will also be willing to give his opinion on poor brick replacement and lead replacement on my front wall and sunroom respectively. My case may well go to a Civil court, so I need someone of Jamie's calibre to provide written and photographic evidence for me.
