Matthew did some repointing on my side wall and chimney. They had deteriorated quite badly so it wasn't an easy job but he worked very hard throughout the process and was always a pleasure to deal with. He is a lovely chap, I would say his customer service skills are exceptional: his communication from the outset was excellent and he was always responsive and polite. I can do larger outdoor work including building extensions , conservatories and patio laying etc . I am a qualified painter and decorator also. I can do many other things I am more than able to do a thorough and reliable job in any of the above things.
