He gave a thorough assessment and advised what work was required and why and addressed any concerns I had and provided an immediate quote. He came today and arrived on time. He worked without a break along with his son and completed the job in good time. He left the sight clean and tidy - wouldn't know he had been here! After completion he explained exactly what he had done and allowed me to inspect his work before leaving. He also did an extra repair to my guttering. He spent time assessing the leak, went up to the roof, into the loft and took pictures to show me exactly what will be done. He talked me through the process very carefully so I fully understood every aspect. The job was completed in under a week from quotation and we are really happy our roof has finally been repaired properly and professionally. Kept in touch ahead of the works, in case there were any changes. When the tile was removed, some additional issues were found - but as these were fairly easy fixes we weren't charged a penny more. - Get in touchC A Roofing came out to assess the work required on a leaking roof causing internal flooding (post Storm Ciaran Oct 2023) and was able to give an initial indication of what repairs were needed. Chris proved correct in his assessment and his subsequent quote comparable to others obtained. He was employed and proved to be diligent and knowledgeable. Thus his roofing skills were used for further flashing repairs and repointing of two chimneys. All done to a satisfactory standard. The work was slow and rushed with poor cleanup afterwards, left debris on the roof and gutters. If I hadn’t noticed this would have been left there. The gutters are still leaking and I have called Billy and arranged appointments five to six time in the last three months. He promises to come and make appointments, but never turns up or let me know he’s not coming. He’s shown little regard for his customer.
