My case may well go to a Civil court, so I need someone of Jamie's calibre to provide written and photographic evidence for me. Kept in touch ahead of the works, in case there were any changes. When the tile was removed, some additional issues were found - but as these were fairly easy fixes we weren't charged a penny more.
