  Tom managed the refurb of our 3 bed house in Bath. We initially thought we'd do a smaller project but the project snowballed as our requirements grew. Tom was brilliant throughout and managed the removal of 2 load bearing walls, creation of large kitchen diner and play room, renovation of bathroom, moving a large number of original floorboards, and a multitude of other jobs. The house has been transformed and we're really happy with the outcome. Tom was on hand throughout, flexible, and easily contactable. The trades he works with we're also excellent. For us, we wanted a single point of contact who'd manage the project, and would allow for the scope changes that often happen with large projects. Tom was exactly this and just the man if you're after a multi-skilled approach and personal service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and we plan on using him for projects in future.

  Jim was such a great help with this project. From the very early stages, he visited the site several times to discuss the project in detail and offered many great ideas about how best to approach the renovation of a dilapidated barn. He took a pragmatic approach to everything and ensured the project ran smoothly. He even oversaw works by third parties and gave sound advice at every step. Jim and his team were helpful, respectful, and kind blokes, and I was glad to have them on the job.

  I highly recommend Dave and his team. They are flexible and professional. Dave was able to schedule the work quickly and line up his trade connections to come in without any delays. We are really pleased with the result, which wasn’t without complexities along the way. I would use R&D again and I’m so please that I had these reviews to go on. The price was what I expected and there were no nasty shocks there. The guys turn up early and clean up after themselves. Can’t fault them. They know what they’re doing and tolerated my basic questions admirably.
