FULL RE-ROOF ON PITCHED ROOF: Mark came to quote for rectification works shortly after a full re-roof had been carried out by another firm from MyBuilder (we insured the initial job with MyBuilder Plus). Mark came out quickly to assess the problems and identified widespread sub-standard work across the whole roof, so recommended a full strip and re-roof. The previous works had been a nightmare so Mark's professional, friendly, trustworthy and calm approach was a welcome relief. After explaining the issues to us, we accepted Mark's quote and agreed a start date. Mark and his sons Sam & Louis, started and completed the works within the timescales discussed to an incredibly high standard, and as such the new roof is unrecognisable to the previous "new roof". The whole roof looks fantastic, and Mark's lead work is exceptional! They kept the site clean and tidy, were polite and friendly, commmunicated with us throughout and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with our new roof. It was an absolute pleasure to have them working at the house and we can't recommmend them highly enough! i'm new to my builder however, do not hold this against me. I've been tiling for 8 years and have worked on commercial and domestic sites such as shopping and leisure centres, new build houses and occupied houses etc. I under take work in bathroom, ensuites, kitchens, hallways and anything else you may need tiling. All types of tiles porcelain, ceramic, travertine, Quartz, slate and marble you name it.

Harry quoted me for the job but did a few extra small things that needed attention for no extra cash. The team came early each day and left as it got dark. The pointing has been done to a very good standard as far as I can see . Harry appeared very knowledgeable and pointed out some work that needed doing which we had not noticed - a large amount of nests were taken out of the roof and combs put in.
