We had an extension built onto our kitchen with lantern in the roof and bi-folds. Richard's workmanship was of high standard, everything done to our needs. If we wasn't happy with something,he would sort it out! He is very professional in his work and if something wasn't to his standard he would redo it until it was. As a builder he was very reliable,you hear about so many cowboys out there, but we couldn't fault his workmanship at all. Most of the communication was done through his wife who is in the office, she was very good at keeping us updated on things, any problems you only had to ring her and she would sort it out or chase it up!!! Kevin built the wall for my Mum before we moved back and was a very courteous honest worker, important as my Mum is very nervous as a recent widow. His standard of work was excellent, so much so, we asked him to fit mums kitchen and quote for other jobs. For quality workmanship we would always recommend him. Reasonable prices. We hired Cos to convert our attached garage into a living space. We went through several iterations of the specification with Cos before the work commenced. This included removal of the shower room from the specification but making provision for easily adding it at a later date. Cos was happy to proceed without drawings and planning permission as the conversion was done under permitted development. We did the Building Control application and Cos organised the inspections. Cos is multi-skilled and completed all the work by himself with the exception of the electrics and the capping of a gas pipe. Whenever there were options to the way things were done Cos would consult us. Each evening things were left tidy and secure. The project was completed within the agreed timescale. We were very satisfied with the finished project. Cos is a very nice guy and it was a pleasure having him working for us.

From start to finish this job went well the price quoted was very good. Marc and Corey arrived on time and worked hard to complete the job in the timescales quoted. There were no problems and Corey did an excellent job. Finished and cleared away anything that was left, would certainly recommend them and use again. First class job.

Wayne went above and beyond whilst rebuilding my collapsed stone wall using traditional methods as I live in a conservation area, he worked extremely hard, the job took longer then anticipated but he didn’t charge any extra, he’s a real craftsman when working on these walls, I am absolutely delighted with the outcome, and would definitely use him again.

Shane has done a great job of laying our new patio. He removed the old one, then laid the new one ensuring an even fall over the whole area on various directions to ensure runoff to the drainage areas. We have had several heavy rains since with no puddling. Shane built a concrete slab for our hot tub again perfectly level no puddling from the rain. Also inserted a drain for hot tub emptying. The patio has two separate areas, which he bordered with black blocks, which has helped to set it off nicely. The start of the job didn't go as hoped however, after discussions took place, there was an immediate understanding of our concerns and measures were immediately put in place to rectify things. The final result was a sound job and all the team tried their hardest to produce quality work.
