I also have a special interest in historic buildings and have undertaken numerous projects on historic buildings, some listed and within conservation areas. One project was the conversion and alterations to a grade 2 listed town house for which I won a LABC building excellence award. Buildings need to breath to provide happy, healthy environments for us to live and work. How we design and specify building alterations, treatments and materials will ensure these buildings can continue to provide happy, healthy environments for us to use for many years to come.
