We had a quote which gave the impression it would take a day and was for £650. I thought that was a bit steep for a day, but if that's what it is, then so be it. They arrived at 9 and I was somewhat surprised when at 10 o'clock they said they had finished. £650 an hour! there were two, but there was only one ladder with one person working. John's approach has been exceptional from the word go. He have me a (very reasonably priced) quote for doing the job I asked for but advised this may not be the best and most durable way of doing things. He came to assess first hand and gave a not much more expensive quote for doing a far better job. This has been done on the day arranged and the results are excellent. I was extremely satisfied with the repairs carried out. They were prompt in responding to my initial contact, provided a detailed estimate and clearly explained the repairs. They arrived on time and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the repair. The quality of their work is excellent and I feel confident that my roof is now properly protected against leaks.
