Jeff was very professional and talked us through the process after we discussed the scope of work. We agreed the fee and program. He turned up to work on time and got on with his work. At the end of each day, he’d explain to us his plan for the next day. He was efficient, reliable and knowledgeable. He advised on where to get reasonably priced materials and explained what we needed for our project. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I found Brandon threw a group on social media for local trades. I contacted him as I needed a half dozen sash windows completely replaced due to there being rot around the edges on the outside and also letting in a lot of draft. He came round for a quotation after assessing the work, which I was happy with. So he started working the following Monday, 2 people came round they were very polite and took the extra time to prepare as on one of the days it was raining so they used a hard plastic sheet to cover where they had taken the windows out, after each of the 2 days they was here, they cleaned up after themselves very well. All in all, I am extremely happy with the work they've carried out in I will be using them again in the future without doubt.Latest review:
