Julian is a 10/10 tradesman!! I posted the advert and within 24 hours the job was done. The job was a technical one but Julian over come it and didn’t charge any extra. We had a quote which gave the impression it would take a day and was for £650. I thought that was a bit steep for a day, but if that's what it is, then so be it. They arrived at 9 and I was somewhat surprised when at 10 o'clock they said they had finished. £650 an hour! there were two, but there was only one ladder with one person working. It was nerve racking dealing with this job from Canada but Patrick did a fantastic job of moving quickly at all stages, communicating well with photo and videos. We thought the job was going to just be a leaking chimney repair but the poor condition of the aging underfelt meant a re-roof was required. The photos & videos sent made this very clear. Patrick gave us a fair price for doing this work. He and his team completed everything quickly & fully cleaned up afterwards. I ended up flying to the UK to oversee the work, for peace of mind, and do other maintenance jobs. I work as a Home Inspector in Canada & was pleased with what I found inside & out. The team were nice guys and all very helpful. Despite my concerns about Express Home Services not being on Checkatrade etc, I can confirm that my positive experiences were very much in line with the other reviews I've read about him. Having had my fingers burnt more than once by dodgy roofers this was a breath of fresh air.

I was very pleased with this company Daniel and his men where very nice removed spray foam from the inside not having to take the roof off they where very tidy had loads of bags of spray foam they took out left the loft tidy hovering all the stairs and landing and saved alot of money Daniel explained all want they where doing at the time and phoned several times before and after very pleased 😀Latest review:Roofing (Pitched)-

Callum & his crew did a great job. They even carried out additional work in stripping a the remaining tiles with no additional costs. They were punctual & polite with my client. Advised us daily on what they were going to do. Cleared up their mess on a daily basis. On completion, the site was left clear & tidy.
