Ralf replied promtly to my request and gave an acceptable quote on the spot. Turned up when he said he would and went to work immeadiatly having put down floor covering to protect the carpets. Worked continuously until the job was finished and cleaned up afterwards. More than pleased with the quality of finish. Would employ again and recommend to others.
