Mike came round to fix a couple of radiators, fitting me in on a Saturday. He was very personable and professional and fixed the problem quickly, taking the time to explain how I could do this myself next time if the same problem happens on a different radiator, and advised me on some other jobs I need to do. Awesome guy, knows his stuff, moved pipeworks as necessary for conversion of radiator to towel rad as agreed in the initial scope of works, and in addition did extra work which was to install a wall mounted basin mixer tap and also a twin valve thermostat shower. And most importantly fixed my mega flow which was leaking!
