We had the job done a few weeks ago. Patch was fast to make initial contact, enthusiastic and came round to assess the job and we agreed a date to do the floor in the bathroom. He came round and promptly got down to do the floorboards. He explained what he was doing, worked cleanly and efficiently and took away the old water damaged floorboard.
