He said when he could fit my carpet if I chose him for the job. I recived his quote quickly, accepted it, and he arrived exactly when he'd said he would, was well prepared, and fitted my carpet carefully, efficiently and neatly. He was respectful of my home, as well as offering me good advice and being a very pleasant clearly hard working man who charged a fair price for a good job.
