We mainly work in and around the Somerset area both currently based Taunton. We are 3 men strong depending on what job with 15 years experience in the construction industries combined, anything from the smallest garden wall to the biggest patio or extension we have you covered with free Quotes As standard.
Disappointed! Firstly, Will and Kurt came to quote for the work, they made the job sound bigger and more time consuming than it was, so that they could justify the quote (ie men needed, payable on a daily rate, materials and timescale.) The job actually took one man half the time they specified, but wouldn’t reduce cost to reflect this, we paid the amount invoiced. When we checked the work more carefully we found 7 areas of unfinished work, Will acknowledged this and said he would come back to complete what he had missed. However, since then, he is ignoring all calls and messages from us and has not been in contact, that was two months ago. Feeling very disappointed, Will seemed a really nice guy and didn’t expect to be left in this position. We are now left to try and deal with this through citizens advice and trading standards. We were extremely satisfied with Ashley and his team.They worked hard removing well rooted shrubs and laying down 3ton of pebbles, generally tidying the forecourt from weeds and cutting back branches from an overhanging beech tree.All done in good time at an acceptable price.This was followed up by the erection of a greenhouse two weeks later, We would have no hesitation in asking him to carry out work for us in the future.
