We hired Townsend Roofing to change the felt to breathable membrane replace soffit, facia, and install new guttters. Chris has been very professional from the beginning. He showed up on time and worked very hard and very fast. He gave us a competitive quote and was very patient, explaining everything in detail. He came on the agreed date and finished the job before time. We are very happy with the quality of his work, timekeeping, professional advice, and a very polite and positive attitude. He left the site tidy and got rid of the rubbish. We're very happy with the job well done and would recommend Townsend Roofing to anyone. It was the first time when the building work was stress free for us as we had bad experience with the builders in the past, I wish there were more builders like Chris.
