Workmanship was poor. Damaged sideboard and a door came off in my hand. Kept asking if I had made payments like he assumed I would not be able to pay or would not pay at all. Did communicate well and was polite. I did send evidence of damage, would have appreciated an apology. Edit: Please don't be disingenuous. The fault with Wayfair did not interfere with your poor workmanship. Wayfair did not carry out your work, nor did they hound your customers for payment.
