Unfortunately Joel is not reliable and lacks communication. He was supposed to fit my carpet but the two days leading up did not reply to any of my messages or phone calls when I needed to speak to him about some important issues about the flooring. I had to book someone else in. Joel also asked me for a deposit of £50 when I first confirmed him for the job, which I refused to pay, and I'm very glad about this as it seems he has done this with others and then cancelled or ghosted them and not returned the money. Very professional job, Martin arrived quickly and gave extremely competitive quote, then found original pattern was not available and substituted more expensive version for same price. Installed promptly and efficiently - full marks 10/10 - will be first on my list to use again!

I also have over 15 years experience working for a national company around there offices throughout the UK carrying out maintenance works, set up and close down of those offices as required.
Eddie and Tommy did a great job laying a laminate floor and scotia in one bedroom and carpeting another. They were very helpful making suggestions to try and fix some problem flooring, nothing too much trouble. Tidied up afterwards and generally were a pleasure to work with. Patrick did a great job. Cleaning up the ceramic tiles was no easy job but they now look as good as new and the shower room floor is perfect. Arrived promptly, friendly and polite. Would definitely use him again.
