Charlie and his team did an excellent job for me for the works we required. They were removing some concrete steps and posts and installing a new concrete base for a shed. Arrived as promised on time and worked very hard to prepare area for shed base and erect frame. Then had to wheel barrow in cement from front of house to rear of garden. Area was then set in concrete and Charlie called me over to check I was happy with work and to show me the whole area was level and flat. A couple of his other guys worked on taking out the concrete step and made sure they cemented over the holes left. Everything was cleared away and they swept up leaving garden clean and tidy. Would recommend CFW Groundworks for any garden works you have planned as team worked hard and they were a great bunch of guys and would use again for any further gardening projects in the future.

Firstly we have over 10 years experience in wet underfloor heating systems and travel the country doing this work. We can complete every aspect of this job from start to finish including taking up flooring/ breaking concrete, laying the pipe work and connecting and testing the system. We are then able to repour concrete and/or fit the desired flooring. Secondly we specialise in External Insulation for properties and have a large portfolio of recent work completed. We are able to offer an extensive guarantee for the products used in this job. However, this is not all we do and have a wide portfolio of work including extension building, building garages and outhouses, roofing, kitchen fitting, groundwork, bricklaying, soffits and guttering, landscaping and small jobs like fitting flooring, plumbing, painting and decorating. What was supposed to be only a concrete excavation job turned out to be a full UFH installation with insulation and screed on top. It was a big job but the team has managed very well. Brian and Connor, with the help of their specific trades (carpenter, plumber, electrician, roofers) extended my terrace house galley kitchen and built a spacious, functional and life changing kitchen/diner. The work started in the winter and they worked hard through all weathers to dig foundations and complete the ground works. They were creative and receptive to my ideas and demonstrated great problem-solving skills. Access to my back garden was difficult but they succeeded in moving waste out and materials in for the job. I remained resident through out and thankfully heating and water was disconnected for only a short period. The work progressed swiftly once the ground works challenges were overcome, and the resulting kitchen is fabulous. I was fairly hands on regards the ongoing decisions, but this did not pose a problem. Connor is capable of managing the project including decoration and kitchen fit if required. The team work closely with building control but don’t be afraid to ask questions and discuss designs and progress both with Brian, Connor and building control (if required) I was lucky as the work was completed just before the lockdown and it has provided a space for me to live and work that has transformed my house. I would recommend Brian and Connor. They bring a friendly sense of humour and lots of experienceLatest review:Extensions-
