Niall gave a competitive quote for the service of a 20 year old Vaillant boiler. He also sourced and replaced faultily Temp controls. Arrived on time, was friendly, excellent communications and very professional. Boiler failed to ignite after servicing leaving my 82yr old dad without fully functioning boiler. messaged Niall multiple times but would not commit to a day/time, stating he might be able to come round on a given day. After doing this twice and then saying he has a cold and now taking time off, I'm forced to find someone else. I had to chase him multiple times as he never let me know whether he was able to come round on the stated date.Latest review:Gas Work-
