I wanted a log burner but my house had no chimney. Christopher was so helpful and told me that it was definitely possible. As he is HETAS registered he did everything from start to finish, with help from his father. Christopher obtained a new log burner and installed it but it wasn’t an easy job. He had to knock through into a void at the side of my house where he found a lot of unexpected pipe work. This complicated the installation but he wasn’t beaten. The job took 3 and a half days. They were early starters and just got on with it. They cleaned up after themselves each day. On completion of this job Christopher also repaired my fence which had been taken down in the floods. Although it was more complicated than most log burner installations, Christopher stuck to the original quotation. I am very happy to recommend K M Building Solutions and will be using them again later in the year to install some doors.

Dean was excellent from start to finish, was very informative from the first phone call to installation, we agreed a price and a day for install and he turned up when he should have kept me informed throughout the works, went the extra mile opening up my flue whole when it was off centre when he didn't have to, for my first attempt a My Builder couldn't of asked for a better experienceLatest review:Fireplaces & Flues-

Good communication, even before arriving on site and punctual. Site cleaned and all rubbish bagged. Worked well removing fire insert, bricking up opening with plasterboard secured to new block work. Finally, plastered over smoothing into exist wall. All within 6 hours. Very good job done, thank you Lewis.
