I've been self employed for 2 years currently working for tradesman like carpenters and roofers. I'm looking to kick on working for myself and build a reputation for my own business. I've done work of all scales of first fix to second fix carpentry and worked on big commercial sites as a subcontractor in buildings such as tesla and St John's ambulance. I would like to think I'm the best person for the job as I'll have all the required tools to do the job and I would be fairly priced compared to fully fledged carpenters that charge full rates. For someone who is young and capable of all things carpentry I just want to show myself to customers, gain more experience in my job and potentially with your reviews and happiness get myself more work on my own back. My name is Gavin and I am fully NVQ level 3 qualified. I have worked in both workshops and on site giving me plenty of experience to provide a top quality service. Some aspects that I cover are: -Doors, skirting and other interior -Kitchens supplied and fitted -Fitted furniture including bookcases, wardrobes and media walls -Timber doors and windows supplied and fitted. -Refurbishing old windows and doors including sliding sash. I also can create bespoke woodworking ideas ranging from storage solutions to home furnishings.
I asked to replaced the rotten patio door seal and restore patio doors which was not straightforward. The job was done very professionally for 1 day with good cosmetic result and care about the wood preservation. Gavin was very punctual and polite, explained options and what is the best. We carry out mainly work in loft spaces creating new floors loft hatches and create rooms within the roof . We thrive on our quality of work and reputation . Which we consider a big aspect in our line of work.
I was very happy with the outcome of the work from Quickfitlofts. I needed to have 2 separate loft spaces converted to storage spaces and insulation to be added in. Quickfitlofts provided a competitive quote, were in 1 week later to do the work, quickly and efficiently. I'm very happy with the outcome and glad I came across their profile.
