Excellent comms with Lucy, initial assessment meeting gave me full confidence in them, the two man team they sent to dig out and replace a cracked sewage pipe and run were experienced pros, very friendly and polite, all in a mornings work for them, and left the gravel path looking almost untouched after they’d finished.
