We can complete every aspect of this job from start to finish including taking up flooring/ breaking concrete, laying the pipe work and connecting and testing the system. We are then able to repour concrete and/or fit the desired flooring. Secondly we specialise in External Insulation for properties and have a large portfolio of recent work completed. We are able to offer an extensive guarantee for the products used in this job. However, this is not all we do and have a wide portfolio of work including extension building, building garages and outhouses, roofing, kitchen fitting, groundwork, bricklaying, soffits and guttering, landscaping and small jobs like fitting flooring, plumbing, painting and decorating. What was supposed to be only a concrete excavation job turned out to be a full UFH installation with insulation and screed on top. It was a big job but the team has managed very well. Turned up on time and done an excellent. The drive was dug out by hand and they were very tidy and friend. All workmen worked hard and efficiently. I have no hesitation in recommending and more importantly I would use then again

Charlie and his team did an excellent job for me for the works we required. They were removing some concrete steps and posts and installing a new concrete base for a shed. Arrived as promised on time and worked very hard to prepare area for shed base and erect frame. Then had to wheel barrow in cement from front of house to rear of garden. Area was then set in concrete and Charlie called me over to check I was happy with work and to show me the whole area was level and flat. A couple of his other guys worked on taking out the concrete step and made sure they cemented over the holes left. Everything was cleared away and they swept up leaving garden clean and tidy. Would recommend CFW Groundworks for any garden works you have planned as team worked hard and they were a great bunch of guys and would use again for any further gardening projects in the future.

Excellent comms with Lucy, initial assessment meeting gave me full confidence in them, the two man team they sent to dig out and replace a cracked sewage pipe and run were experienced pros, very friendly and polite, all in a mornings work for them, and left the gravel path looking almost untouched after they’d finished.
