One evening the radiator in our bedroom simply fell off the wall! I knew the wall had damp issues as nothing can be drilled into it but hoped what was in place would be OK. Tom gave me options to have a wall fitted radiators but also the option of a free standing radiators (I'd never thought about that). I searched online and found what I believed to be the best deal, I sent it to Tom before ordering and he replied with a supplier he'd used before who was selling the same radiator but cheaper and with a quicker delivery time! Tom beat Google. Once the delivery date was known Tom arranged to arrive in the morning to drain our system, remove the old radiators and fit the new. The work was done quickly and the room was left tidy (no dust, no mess). The radiators look beautiful and heat the room well (Tom also advised on BTU as the room was always cold with our old radiators). Any plumbing work I want done they are top my list to call.

I contacted Imran from Infiniti Gas, Heating and Plumbing, and he attended promptly at the agreed date and time. He efficiently carried out the removal of the old boiler from the kitchen and expertly installed a new boiler in the cellar. The quality of Imran’s workmanship is exceptional. The pipework is not only technically excellent but also immaculately finished—neat, well-planned, and a credit to his skill and attention to detail. He went above and beyond by re-piping the existing pipework that previously ran across ceilings and walls, resulting in a significantly improved and professional finish throughout the property. Imran’s dedication, professionalism, and depth of knowledge in gas and plumbing are clear, and the advice he provided was invaluable. I am extremely impressed with the standard of work and will certainly be using him again for my other properties. Tom attended my property to undertake a gas safety certificate. I was away on holiday, and he immediately rang me to let me know the boiler was extremely dangerous and giving off carbon monoxide. With no notice or request for payment upfront, he replaced the boiler amongst other items in the heating system the next day. The new boiler is under a 10 year warranty and I cannot fault his level of detail and care to ensuring my property is safe for tenants. He also organised for an electrician to come round and install the thermostat correctly. His price was extremely reasonable, considering the speed he undertook the works. I will only use Tom going forward for any of my gas/heating works. A reliable, helpful and genuine workman who cares about his job.

Had him come to install shower, toilet, bath, sink and radiator. Very nice guy but not at the level to carry out homers at all. Turned up when asked and on time, and taken everything out fine and capped pipes safely. But when it came to installing anything, he looked lost and really stuggled to work things out. I had to help him with my bath installation and even at that, its not framed and does not feel securely installed. Didnt manage to install the sink, toilet, shower or radiator. And I now have 4 huge holes in my newly plastered walls in bathroom and one of the holes has came all the way through to my staircase that has also been newly plastered. He agreed that he couldnt complete the job and did state he was giving up plumming. I think he needs to learn alot before doing homers or going it alone as he is nowhere near to the level he needs to be. He did want to pay back all the money. We have paid £220 for the time he spent here, as we felt bad. Stay clear!!! But nice guy!!!!

We hired HMB Solar to relocate our air conditioning unit, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The unit was installed far too low — around 6 feet from the ground — and was visibly uneven (about 2cm lower on one side). When we raised these issues, the installer came to check the work in person, admitted there was a problem, and promised to return the following week to fix it. He never showed up. After that, he completely ignored all our calls and messages. The only time he responded was when we called him from a different number — and even then, he asked for more money to correct his own mistakes. We paid promptly and expected a professional job. Instead, we were left with substandard work, no accountability, and extremely poor communication. We don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews, but we feel others should be warned. Not recommended.
