Darren was very professional and the charge was very reasonable for the job he undertook. He arrived at the stated time and worked throughout the first day removing the current decking, which he stacked ready for the waste skip, and laying the frame for the new one. On the second day he again arrived at time as stated and worked very hard to complete the job to a very high standard. He was cheerful and helpful in that he returned to place the remains of the old decking into the skip and it was at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I informed him I wanted a like for like replacement of my terrace to comply with building regulations. He said this was fine. I sent him several photos and left things for him to replicate to show him exactly what I needed. But on the job, he ignored everything I'd requested. He used screws where I needed bolts and joist hangers. Glue where mechanical anchors were needed. I had to intervene several times but he said "hey, I have 20 years experience". After inspecting his first full day of work, I discovered that there were even more errors and shortcuts taken. And after dismantling his work later because it was substandard, I discovered he'd concealed even more. I fired him the next morning. He claimed that I still owed him money for "materials" in top of the c. £895 I'd already paid him. But he refused to send itemised receipts to me so I could check if this was factual. I am now significantly out of pocket, and will have to undertake expensive remedial work.

Well where do I start. I hired these two brothers to revamp my garden & replace my decking. They replaced my large area of decking within 3 days 24 hrs of work to replace & reconfigure it also. Placed my lights in the decking & placed all the electrical fixtures to the house. There standard of work is amazing very professional in every sense of the word. I would without a doubt hire these guys again. 5 Stars 10 out 10 thank you Sherif & Bes cheers guys.

Gareth gave a good account of himself from the day we met so I was confident to hire him and he worked tirelessly to deliver the new decking from scratch, the end result was better than expected and Gareth was able to be flexible and adapt to any issues that came up.
