We hired Jack and his team to install 2 boilers for us. When he arrived at the first job there was a slight issue that the gas line needed upgrading, he contacted us prior to starting anything and we gave the go-ahead to carry out additional works. This got completed all in the same day. The second boiler, needed access into the rooms with it being a HMO, so we had to cancel that and return at a later date to complete, (our fault for not arranging access) he returned the following week with no additional charges for "lost time" in the first instance and installed the second one with no issues.
