Alex serviced our boiler and we were very pleased from start to finish. He communicated very well. Kept us informed on the progress of the job when we needed a new part ordering, and did the job efficiently. He was very polite and friendly and was respectful of our property by for example, covering his shoes to keep the carpets clean . Hired Dan to sort out the pressure problem for my boiler (boiler kept losing pressure). Dan turned up on time, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He used a very creative and cost effective way to find out where the problem was. He also left the place very clean and tidy after finishing the job. When contacted about the job he said he would contact my tenant in the property,i assumed the job had been done but he told me a few weeks later it hadnt been done and was going on holiday so it would have to wait. The mixer tap has a slight drip and only a new valve needed replacing in my opinion and a toilet cistern's plunger was sometimes sticking. The " repairs"from him were to replace the whole mixer tap and float and other parts in the cistern and then billing me for £209. He said he didnt want to come back for a dripping mixer tap in a few months , ridiculous comment from him , his paperwork not up to scratch either.i live 73 mls away from that property so i need a plumber i can trust and rely on and its not himLatest review:Gas Work-RSG Heating & Plumbing

He provided a competitive, accurate quote with no hidden costs or surprises at the end of the job. He did a very neat job with the pipework and kept the working area clean and tidy.
