Shower mixer was leaking and I bought a new one. Samuel recommended replacing the washer ring rather than the mixer. We went ahead with replacing the washer, Job was a bit tricky behind a wall but he changed it.. The leaking started again after a few hours. I then had to get another plumber to change the whole mixer as Samuel was not available for the couple of days.

I contacted Stuart and explained what was needed. Just for the record my gas meter had been moved to the front of the house so: I needed a new gas supply to an existing boiler in the main house second floor front of house (approx 6 meter run across the front of the house). I also needed a second gas supply to the new extension ( approx. 6 meter run), and to have a new boiler fitted (all purchased already, boiler, controller, part L compliance kit, flu through the roof and lead roof flashing). All pipes for radiators are already run along with water supplies. Stuart quoted me on the phone and we accepted his quote having explained the above. The job was due to start on the 10th March 2016 after a weeks wait. Stuart arrived 30 mins early which we thought it was great. However after doing the walk through he decided to double the price of the job. Needless to say I did not agree and Stuart left. Don’t waste your time with this guy.

CLUELESS ABOUT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE I hired Mr Patel for various jobs over the years and was initially pleased. However, one is only good as one's last contact with a customer. I needed him in May 2021 to investigate a boiler fault and perform a service. I arranged for him to come on the same day, a few hours later. About an hour before he was due, he sent me an SMS asking me to confirm his visit and giving me just ten minutes to reply. As I did not do so, he cancelled the visit and said that he would not come until the following week. This caused me much inconvenience, as I needed someone urgently. Mr Patel seemed to think that I sit by my phone, waiting for messages. It never crossed his mind that I might have been busy at the time. What is unacceptable is that we already had an appointment for him to come, made just two hours or so earlier. When I challenged Patel as to why he had let me down, he used the bureaucratic line that he always contacts customers to ask them to confirm. Clearly, Patel has much to learn about customer service. You also need to be aware that he is a bit of a salesman. And that HE USES A FALSE PROFILE PICTURE. The man that you see is not the one who turns up.

We had a gas leak in the pipework around a fireplace at my mother's property in Ashford. He also found some other issues with the gas fire which he managed to resolve also He was thorough and methodical throughout, took the time to explain exactly what he'd done to fix the issues, and worked with minimal mess and fuss. Very happy with the service and communication. Adam is knowledgeable and diligent and explained fully what he was doing as well as the results and issues found during the service and as he carries some standard spares/consumables for the main boiler models he was able to replace the failing part there and then and get the boiler running safely and more efficiently.
