Sabri has replaced and repiped the radiators in our home and we are incredibly happy with the results. He was prompt to respond, clear in his communications and most importantly was proactive in coming up with solutions to the issues we had with our central heating. The work itself is very neat and Sabri has paid attention to details - also (and amazingly considering the scope of the work) he was really clean and tidy too. Jake replaced two isolators feeding my bathroom radiator / towel rail and two stuck gate valves isolating feeds from the cold water tank. He used good quality materials and carried out both jobs quickly and to a high standard. When the radiator didn’t heat up as expected he unblocked the pipework with his vacuum and compressor. Jake was cheerful, polite, a good communicator and easy to get on with and cleared up afterwards. I highly recommend Jake for any plumbing work.
