I would recommend them for similar work . It required the structural changes, overseeing plumber and electrician as needed and the carpentry, brickwork and kitchen fitting etc was all to a high standard. The workers were polite and respectful at all times.

Well why can I say about Simon and his team..... From The moment we met Simon we knew he was the one to do our extension, he was laid back but knew what he was talking about. We sat down before the works began so that we all knew where we stood regarding cost, time and expectancy. The contact between him and both me and my partner was great, we had constant updates and new ideas thrown our way. Simon decided to change a few things from the original plans and this was definitley for the better and sailed through building control. His team were great, from the brick layers, roofers to the plumbers. His full time team of Doig, Olly and Luke were great - always polite, friendly and on time. They all did a great job and can't fault there workmanship. Nothing was too much trouble and we even asked simon to fit the kitchen aswell, which he did to a high standard. He will even fit u a cat flap if you ask him nicely :-) . Thanks all. Have a great Xmas. Xx

Bathroom Fitting- 30 Sep 2015
Craig did an excellent job on our bathroom. The house is an old 1930s house and the old bathroom was pretty horrible. Craig (and his team), fitted the new electrics (extractor fan, towel rail), plumbed in the lot and skimmed the walls where required. The tiling is perfect. In fact, the whole finish is great. I was particularly impressed when Craig pointed out the defects in the bathroom suite we had ordered. Unfortunately the delay in getting the items replaced meant that he had to stay on the job longer than first thought, but that wasn't a problem. I will certainly use CLR Construction again if required.

The job was a very unique piece of furniture that incorporates speakers into a unit for a desk top. Richard went above and beyond with the final shelf, even adding additional features to make installing the speakers a breeze. We had conversations about material choice, sizes, considerations, and finishes throughout. Richard provieded regular updates while working on the piece and I couldn't be happier with both his professionality and his work.
