Lorcan answered the request within the hour and arranged to do the job the following day, which was a Saturday. Lorcan was running slightly late but text me to keep me upto date. On arrival he checked the leaking valve. He informed me I needed a new one and went and got one for me. As they only came in pairs he offered to change both valves for the same price plus cost of valves. Lorcan changed both valves once he had finished he repressurised the system and checked all radiators. After the job was completed he explained everything to me and said that if there were any issues to call him and he would come round and sort it. Josh came to quote for the job the same day and seemed like a really nice guy. He was supposed to come on the Saturday to do the job and called saying he was 20mins away. 40mins went by and I had not heard from him, so I asked where he was. He said he had been called to an emergency. A couple of hours later I texted him again and he said he was still at the job, and that was the last I heard from him despite multiple attempts to contact him.
