Hi,my name is Mark Bradley.i am a fully qualified bricklayer with over 40 years experience in the building trade.i completed a 3year apprenticehip with Thomas Vale & Son,gaining craft certificate & advanced craft certificate qualifications.i have worked on numerous projects including new house builds,various local authority projects inc.hospitals,schools,swimming baths,nursing homes etc.i also have extension knowledge & experience of smaller works,ie:porches,garages,extensions,garden walls,repointing & other small projects.i spent a period of time in 1999-2000 off the tools in a foreman capacity,learning to liase,delegate & set out various different projects.

I am a stonemason with 15 years experience of working on listed buildings, banks, churches, town halls, war memorials, castles and schools carrying out works such as carefully raking out and removing mortar in brickwork, ornate stonework and even terracotta. Then replacing it with lime mortar in various finishes and colours.

Hello my name is Lee I am NVQ level 3 (banker/fixer)mason with 30 yrs experience i have spent the majority of my career working on the restoration of historic buildings for the national trust and English Heritage where i have worked on places such as lichfield cathedral, Blenheim Palace and the tower of London amongst many others. As a banker mason I specialise in limestone and sandstone and am able to work these into fireplaces, window and door surrounds, cornice, arches etc. As a fixer mason being able to lay stone means i am also competent in brick and block work, flooring and paving.
