Firstly we have over 10 years experience in wet underfloor heating systems and travel the country doing this work. We can complete every aspect of this job from start to finish including taking up flooring/ breaking concrete, laying the pipe work and connecting and testing the system. We are then able to repour concrete and/or fit the desired flooring. Secondly we specialise in External Insulation for properties and have a large portfolio of recent work completed. We are able to offer an extensive guarantee for the products used in this job. However, this is not all we do and have a wide portfolio of work including extension building, building garages and outhouses, roofing, kitchen fitting, groundwork, bricklaying, soffits and guttering, landscaping and small jobs like fitting flooring, plumbing, painting and decorating. Get in touchWhat was supposed to be only a concrete excavation job turned out to be a full UFH installation with insulation and screed on top. It was a big job but the team has managed very well. I initially started as a plasterer,then developed my brickwork skills.I later trained as a carpenter, and specialize in cut roofs.I love the work we do , and am keen to realise customers needs and aspirations.I work on one project at a time .

Rating: 5 out of 5 55119 reviewsGet in touchIt started off well as the only builder to come round, take measurements for the job at hand and make notes of what was entailed in the job which made choosing them easy. Communication was great. We were both out working 90% of the time leaving the house to Jason and his colleagues. Always around early and finishing up later on, cleaning up after themselves and updated regularly on work that has been done. Over the Christmas break, plans changed slightly to knock the downstairs through to make it all open plan. A price was agreed and work started back up after Christmas no problem. The only time the project was delayed was with the other trade subbies having to push our job back which was no fault of Jason's. All work was finished to a great standard and even the snagging bits were no problem to come and sort. From hearing stories of others having building work going wrong, I'm glad we found one of the good ones out there. Will definitely recommend and will use again in future.

He had everything planned out and was so organised that I immediately felt reassured. All Tom’s builders were extremely hard working but also friendly and kept any disruption to a minimum. Tom was excellent with his response to any queries with immediate reply and solution. We now have two amazing new rooms which will make a big difference to our family.
