James was very professional. He listened to our ideas and was speedy in drawing up the plans, they did need tweaking which he did without hesitation. We also listened to his suggestions.He was friendly and pleasant. His work is of a high standard.Priced well and from the 6 different architects we met and got quotes, we chose James as he saw our vision and the quote was right. We have further recommended him to my sister who is currently using James too to draw up her proposed extension. She is also pleased with his work. Would highly recommend James.

We chose Daz as our architect as he was most reasonable priced and most reliable when arranging a appointment. Very happy with the work done. Followed our guidlines to provide drawing that matched our requirments and desires. And continued to satisfy during the permission proccess when a neighbour objected Daz comunicated with the building surveyors and planning team untill permission was granted. Thank you Daz would recomend and use again.

Ben designed the extension on my house, he was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs and wants. He was able to design what we were after and gave us 3D model designs so we could really picture the space and also gave us other options that made sense which we went with. This then went to planning and was passed off, he organised the building control notice for us too and liaised with our builder where needed. Every meeting he attended he was always on time and fully prepared. His communication was excellent. We would fully recommend Benjamin and have already recommended him to others.

Good job and pleasant people, easy to get one with. Done panelling on the wall really nice too. Some bits of paint unfinished (maybe forgotten about) and some slight touching up needing at parts. But all in all good for the price paid!

I used Kedia projects for architectural and structural design in my open plan kitchen following a number of quotes from various companies. Kedia projects were not only the best value for money but also were the most open to responding to any concerns and questions I had prior to giving the contract. I worked solely with Yemi who gave good advice and had sound ideas but was also open to my ideas- willing to change things around to cater for my lifestyle and budget. He used both 2d and 3D computer systems which helped me to understand what the final project would look like. Yemi made several site visits always in full PPE due to covid restrictions and always very friendly and respectful. He also included drawings for planning application although this was not part of the package. All in all I would recommend kedia projects as I was very happy with the service I received.

We decided to go with Dave after meeting 5 different architects and definitely made the right decision. We've never had any work done to a property before but Dave put us at ease and took our ideas & pointed us in the right direction, using his expertise to come up with plans for our extension that fit our needs brilliantly. Even when we decided to make a few changes to the plan, nothing was too much trouble and he was happy to help. He was able to explain in detail as this was our first project. All information was given and submitted without complications, which led to it being passed by the council on the first attempt.
