Very disappointed with Michael! Has taken over 2 years to complete the build. Terrible communication. Still has not given us paper work for the build completion. Ignores all phone calls, have to go through his team members. General quality of build could be a lot better. Few things that have not been done according to building regs Do not recommend!!
