Booked in to start in November 2022 , he then asked for a delay due to having an accident at work ? . He was due to then start In December 2022 as agreed with him. December came and we chased a lot via Calls/emails and texts, yet no reply from the contact. As far as I'm concerned a simple call or even a text from Myles or anyone to advise of there intentions would of been the best solution rather than just ignore us. This was a large refurb for us and we wanted it doing ready for the winter for our staff , as a company we feel really let down as we had everything including the costs nailed down prior to booking.
