Highly recommended, Chris was extremely genuine, knowledgable and conscientious of the budget I had to work with. Being part of a complete renovation, he was really helpful not only with giving me options and advice on the areas of work he covered but also in how to go about approaching other areas of renovating the house. I booked an appointment with Paul because I wasn't sure whether to sell and move house or stay where we were. WIth in five minutes Paul pointed out what we could do to improve out home and the decision was made. Paul did initial designs of how we could convert our loft where the stairs would be positioned and did images how the loft could be laid out. He has obtained a Certificate of lawfulness because it didn't need planning. and obtained building regulation approval, He found us a builder within our budget price and our loft conversion starts last week in September. We have retained Pauls services and he will help me to manage the builder and the project and I can't tell you how that takes pressure off me leaving me the time to get on with my job. Great bloke great range of services 5 out of five.

So far they have successfully installed a new bathroom suite and cladding on walls and ceiling to one property and the photos are now on their website. This an interim review on a large kitchen and garage extension currently being built. We were a bit apprehensive after our first builder left us in a very difficult position abandoning the job at foundation stage. Luckily for us we found NW Construction Ltd. From the beginning Frank reassured us and has plenty of experience in the building trade, he has kept us fully informed as the building project has progressed and is always on the phone should we need to discuss anything. The building work is around the half way point and we are very happy with how well it is going. So far Frank has organised all the necessary trades people to carry out the work and it has been well coordinated. Franks team are hard working, polite and are very punctual. Absolutely first class Had Richard round to knock down a rubbish extension that came with a house I bought, and rebuild a wall to accommodate a new living room window. He worked all weekend to get the job done - including Sunday morning in sub-zero temperatures, which is pretty commendable. His work was signed off by the local council's building inspector, and even an amateur like me could tell that it was neat, solid and high quality. I've since had him back to fix my roof. Honest, reasonably priced, straight-forward, solid builder. I'd highly recommend him for pretty much any job, and will likely have him back for further work.
