The problem was/is that an extensive moisture was building up in the attic to the point where it was dripping down from the roof on to the ceeling. Gary from GD came in to check the problem and advised that my initial possible solution to the problem of installing tiles with ventilation wouldn't create enough air movement. He suggested installing the dry ridge system. It was a bigger job so the price was significantly higher. My house is semi detached and I managed to get him additional job as my neighbour was willing to install the same system. I can't fault the work they did as it seems good but it did not do any difference. There was some air movement in the attic but the issue was still there. I contacted Gary and he suggested to install 3 vent tiles, one each roof side. More cost as this was additional work. Again I can't fault the work as it seems it was carried ok however the issue is not resolved still. Overall job was carried ok but I feel I've spent the money for nothing.Latest review:Roofing (Pitched)-

Matthew turned up on time and did his investigations. He was able to find the issue along with a couple of others whilst on the roof. He took pictures and explained the situation. I felt the cost was fair and he was able to fix the leak on the day which was also a Sunday. After pictures were also taken so I could see what work had been done.Latest review:Roofing (Pitched)-

Fantastic job performed by a dedicated, polite and professional bunch of lads. Every morning I was told what the plan was for the day and progress was provided throughout the day with an end of day sum up of the work performed. Videos were also provided in terms of the progression. Left the area clean and tidy as well. For context I had my full roof redone with new felt, battons and tiles. Also had porch and Cladding on the front. If you have any concerns regarding roofing, guttering etc whether it's a repair or full re-roof then I encourage you to use these guys. For context the orange roof is before and the second picture with the new tiles etc is after.

JDN Roofing Limited Was hired to clean the moss off my roof and clear all the moss from my front and rear gardens, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. The roof looks fantastic, with no trace of moss left behind, and they took care to ensure everything was cleaned up afterward. The front and rear gardens are now spotless and tidy, with all the moss cleared away and properly disposed of. They even paid attention to the smaller details, leaving the surrounding areas looking better than I had expected.
